BirdLife International were looking for software which would enable them to know which staff were accessing email remotely, via which method and configure devices to use the correct internal Wi-Fi when they entered the building.
ILG Business introduced BirdLife International to Maas360 Mobile Device Management solution, which has now enabled them to ensure that all staff uses the required secure method of connecting to email and are able to block those users that don’t comply. Devices can be configured to the correct internal WiMFi via Maas360, which allows staff that work in BirdLife International remote offices to instantly connect to the correct WiMFi as soon as they walk through our front door. All lost or stolen mobile devices can now be located, locked or wiped using Maas360 protecting all data and information stored on the device.
Overall, the implementation of Maas360 into BirdLife International’s business processes has improved efficiency and has simplified laborious tasks. With the support of ILG Business throughout the process of implementation, Birdlife International has been able to see the product thrive within their organisation.
“We were looking for a simple to use, yet technically competent solution to fulfill our ever growing mobile security needs. We found that Maas360 ticked these boxes and allowed us to easily get a working solution in place in a matter of a few days.”
Tony Leggatt, Head of IT Systems, BirdLife International.
